Security Supervisor (Emirati) | Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah
What are we looking for
A Security Supervisor serving Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations within a luxury hotel, high-end resort, or equivalent setting.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising a security team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- In-depth knowledge of security operations, including surveillance systems, access control, emergency procedures, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of local laws, regulations, and safety compliance standards relevant to hotel operations.
- Formal security training, certifications, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
- Calm, decisive, and professional approach to handling emergencies, conflicts, and high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with discretion and integrity.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
