Summer is right around the corner, and things are heating up in Durango! The Animas River Beer Garden, Grille, and Lounge is one of the busiest (and most fun) spots in town, and we’re looking for skilled Servers to join our team for the season.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys connecting with guests. You bring a positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and a team-first mindset…jumping in to support where needed and helping create a smooth, high-energy service experience for both guests and teammates.  The rate of pay is $12.14/hour + tips.  Open availability preferred, with required availability on afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays

What will I be doing?
You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by:

  • Greeting guests and responding to requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of the menu, promotions, and daily specials
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
  • Delivering food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality and presentation
  • Checking in with guests throughout service to ensure satisfaction
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations
  • Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized service station
  • Following all standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Working closely with food runners and teammates to keep service smooth and efficient
