As a Senior Manager Product Management (Property), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Digital Product Management team reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management, you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Drive the Hilton Digital roadmap, especially as it relates to the digital property experience
- Define and present new product concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
- Write top-notch business requirements, and work hand-in-hand with delivery pod to build and ultimately bring concepts to life for our customers
- Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact
- Revel in the data! Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics
How you'll collaborate with others:
Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Identify new opportunities that will improve the digital property experience for guests visiting our web and mobile app channels
Define and prioritize customer experience features by working closely with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, or related field
- Strong product management experience, including writing detailed, customer-centric user stories
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience using research and data to help craft a product roadmap
- Travel up to 15%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Ten (10) + years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, or related field
- Experience in A/B testing and/or multivariate testing
- Experience owning and delivering complex digital functionality
- Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
- Experience leading teams

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $110,000 – $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
