Revenue Audit Team Lead - Finance Shared Service Center

What will I be doing?  

·       Manage day-to-day Revenue Audit (RA) performance including hotel revenue reconciliation, allowance, adjustment, balance transfer, paid out report, etc.

·       Lead an operational RA team to deliver output as per the SLAs

·       Ensure compliance of RA operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls

·       Review system entries

·       Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff

·       Assist in internal and external audit processes

·       Train new joiners

·       Work towards system improvement, process improvement

·       Develop team spirit and advise daily operations

·       Other duties as assigned
