REVENUE ANALYST - CONRAD MALDIVES RANGALI ISLAND
What are we looking for?
A Revenue Analyst serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
· Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
· Experience: At least 2 years’ Experience in the Hospitality industry and in contact with guests is desirable (Front Office, Guests Relations, Reservation, Sales). At least one year experience of managing to data, analytics and reports (MIS) is necessary.
· Competencies: People management, influence, communication, developing relationships, planning, analyzing information, decision making, commercial awareness, resilience. Ability to manage extensive amounts of information. Excellent spoken and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and under time pressure
· Computer skills: Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet. Knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
· Excellent grooming standards
· Exceptional communication skills
· Diploma/university degree in sales or hospitality is an advantage
