About the Role
Reporting into the Cluster General Manager, the Resort Manager will oversee all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Spa, Recreation, and Security. This role places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and cultivating a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates with proven hotel management experience and a strong guest-centric approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as Director of Operations or Hotel/General Manager, preferably in a resort-style property.
- Strong track record of managing complex operations and fostering positive owner relations.
- Experience leading large teams and overseeing extensive facilities.
- Commercial acumen with a history of delivering strong financial outcomes in competitive island environments.
- Expertise in Rooms Division with a comprehensive understanding of all hotel operations.
- Commitment to delivering a true five-star guest experience.
