Classification: Full-Time

Pay Rate: The hourly pay rate for this role is between $30.98 - $41.31 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
A Residential Attaché is responsible for providing exceptional resident and guest services at the Waldorf Astoria New York's residential component.
What will I be doing?
As a Residential Attaché, you would be responsible for providing and assisting residences and their guests in the Waldorf Astoria New York residential component in its continuing effort to deliver outstanding service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support residential service operations to include, but not limited to attending to residents and their guests needs and requests which may include but not limited to scheduling and planning experiences, services, and requests in the support of private residences.
- Research and display a full and complete understanding of New York City to provide key recommendations for services.
- Curate arrival and departures for residents and guests.
- Support residents and their guests in an attentive and friendly manner.
- Support the Waldorf Astoria New York team as assigned.
