Reservations Agent
Qualifications – What are we looking for:
Minimum 1 years work experience within hotel room reservations and/or within Hotel Front Office.
- Preferable with a degree within hotel management or similar.
- Beneficial to have knowledge of a hotel system such as Opera
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both speech and writing.
- Confident telephone and email handling
- Good ability to structure, prioritize and follow up and has high integrity.
- A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Willing to help others, collaborate and ensure a positive work environment
- To work in line with Hilton values at all time.
Working hours are mainly Monday – Friday. Full time contract with 6 months probation period. Interviews will be held ongoing, so please submit your application in English by following the link.
