HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Oversee commercial accountability across the hotels assigned
  • Support hotel and regional commercial activation plans to exceed forecasts and increase market share
  • Constant consideration and search for best-demonstrated practices in the interest of scaling findings for maximum commercial impact.
  • Evaluate market demand by utilizing available data including proprietary and third-party data tools.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build positive partnerships with commercial peers and other teams to ensure clarity in and connectivity to enterprise efforts
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to grow hotel commercial team members. You will focus on how to accentuate individual strengths and improve deficiencies while growing their career and potential within Hilton
  • Relationship and regular communication with AVPs of Operations, ownership groups, asset managers, General Managers, Hotel Commercial leaders, regional peers, and other discipline leads outside the commercial team

What projects you will take ownership of: 

  • Provide recommendations while challenging existing strategies in keeping with Revenue Management Standards, approved business processes, and our goals

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) or more years in revenue management or analytical roles
  • Five (5) years of cross-functional experience in hotel management, or related industry
  • Four (4) years of Management Experience
  • Ability to travel for hotel visits and meetings up to 50%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ten (10) years in revenue management or analytical roles
  • Six (6) years of management experience
  • Understanding of travel industry reservation and hotel property management systems
  • Experience in hospitality forecasting, pricing, and inventory control
  • Experience working with Hilton Worldwide software programs
