Recruiter, Recruitment Operations Center

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
As a Recruiter in the Recruitment Operations Center you will be responsible for:
- Ensure recruitment process, metrics, and compliance are achieved to Hilton’s set standards
- Communicate regular recruitment updates to ROC Leaders, hiring managers and property level leadership team
- Utilize an applicant tracking system such as Taleo to evaluate the information provided by applicants in response to job postings. The team member will conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Ensure that minimum qualification standards are established before posting positions. The Team Member will post positions internally, externally, and with commercial job sites
- Administer all pre-approved selection tests and pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification. Once a candidate is selected, the Team Member will extend job offers and close out positions in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
- Develop a stocked pipeline of quality talent through different methods, including networking within the hospitality community, building and maintaining relationships with schools/professional organizations, sourcing/cold calling outreach, attending job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions with Hilton
- Develop professional relationships with hiring managers at Hotels and Business Leaders within the organization to ensure recruitment needs are assessed and met
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year recruiting experience
- Proven ability to manage high volume of requisitions
- One (1) year of hospitality experience in a management position
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
- Experience working with EEOC, ADA, and employment laws
