Quality Control: Ensure consistency and excellence in all pastry creations, maintaining Waldorf Astoria's renowned standards for taste, presentation, and craftsmanship.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
