Pastelero (a) - Panadero
A Pastry Cook is responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Pastry Cook, you are responsibly to support the pastry section by preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods, following the guidance of the Pastry Chef and the culinary team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods following company recipes and standards.
Ensure excellent taste, texture, and presentation in all pastry items.
Contribute creativity and new ideas to improve or enhance dessert offerings.
Organize daily production tasks to meet service requirements efficiently.
Assist in developing and testing seasonal dessert items when requested.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and hygienic workstation at all times, following food-safety rules and avoiding cross-contamination.
Complete all required mise en place for each menu or service period.
Present dishes consistently and accurately according to company guidelines.
