Operations Manager

• At least 2 years of relevant operations experience, in a Hospitality managerial role. 
• Experience in food & beverage operations
• Strong commercial acumen
• Customer focussed
• Proven leadership experience
• Aware of current trends in Hospitality and/or Tourism
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven project leadership
• Experienced in the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure industry management. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
• Resourceful, creative and able to maintain flexibility.
