What are we looking for?
Knowledge Skill and Experience
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Hotel Operation or related fields of study with an excellent background knowledge in Food & Beverage
- A minimum of Five Years’ experience in Hotel Operation with Hilton Background
- Excellent leadership quality with good motivation and savvy for achievement
- Good understanding of Hotel Operation with in African Culture
- A people person who have a very good Interpersonal skill and clarity in communication
- Obtain the ability to plan ahead and to be flexible, good administration skills
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
- Computer skill with knowledge of Hotel Property Management System (Opera) and other office software
Physical & Language Requirement
- Ability to communicate in English and one additional language preferably French both orally and in writing,
- Ability to calmly and nicely communicate with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems,
