The iconic Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans, The Roosevelt, is seeking an On-Call Barista to join the team!
What will I be doing?
As an On-Call Barista, you will deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of coffee equipment, products, and menu offerings. You will engage with customers by answering questions, providing recommendations, and preparing beverages in accordance with established standards.
In addition, you may support the overall operation of Teddy’s Cafe, including processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Responsibilities also include training new baristas, following recipes accurately, and consistently providing a high-quality guest experience.
