Night Auditor (Part Time) - Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center
The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center is looking for a part-time night auditor to join their front desk team! This 384-suite property is set in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of D.C., just two blocks from the Washington Convention Center and a mile from the National Mall.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of three years customer service experience, including previous supervisory experience. It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous hotel front desk experience (overnight shift or otherwise)!
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work the overnight shift from 11 pm to 7:30 am day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $29.842 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a part-time Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
- Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
- Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
