Responsibilities:

• Crafting and refining a range of diverse cocktails and signature drinks
• Collaborating on inventive cocktail recipes and menus following the current trends in Perth
• Excellence in service, clear communication, effective issue resolution, and safety first.
• Keeping the bar shipshape: set-up, stock, security, and hygiene all in check for a smooth sail every day!
• Masterfully managing the POS system and orchestrating smooth payment transactions

 

 

About You:

• Excited to be part of launching a new leading bar in Perth
• A wealth of experience in crafting signature drinks and creating a buzz around the drink offerings
• Have proof of working rights in Australia (no sponsorship is offered) with an RSA Certificate
• Have ample availability (specifically evenings and weekends)
• Possess exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Driven, dedicated, and flexible in approach
