What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Mini-Bar Attendant who is dedicated to delivering an exceptional in-room refreshment experience while upholding the highest standards of luxury service. This role plays a vital part in our Forbes 5-Star aspirations by ensuring that each guest’s refreshment center is impeccably stocked, clean, and functioning properly. You will take pride in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while providing seamless service that enhances the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all mini-bar items are accurately stocked, properly presented, and within expiration dates.
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred, with an understanding of the service expectations needed to achieve Forbes 5-Star standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining precision.
  • A proactive and service-oriented attitude, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring professional and friendly interactions with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to carry out responsibilities such as restocking items, moving inventory, and inspecting mini-bar equipment.
  • A commitment to upholding luxury service standards, ensuring that each guest's experience is seamless and refined
  • Comfort using a handheld device to track inventory and process guest charges, with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Preferred qualifications: Possession of Alcohol Awareness Training certification and a valid Food Handler card.
