Massage Therapist
What Are We Looking For?
A Massage Therapist serving Hilton brand hotels and resorts is always committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while working collaboratively with fellow Team Members. To successfully perform in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is required
Advanced level of English (mandatory), with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language fluently to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Ability to speak clearly and confidently in front of groups of guests or employees
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle situations involving multiple concrete variables in standardized environments
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the spa or hospitality industry
It Would Be an Advantage to Demonstrate the Following:
Experience working in a resort environment or within a wellness-related field
