Marketing Coordinator - Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & casino

What are we looking for?
A Marketing Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

Excellent communication skills
- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
- Excellent organizational and administration skills

• Secondary Vocational Education (EPI / MBO or equivalent); Hospitality Management certification
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Legal right to work in Aruba, including a valid work permit, Firma Liber (unrestricted authorization), or Aruban citizenship with a Dutch passport

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience in a sales role
• Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
• Experience in a marketing role with a proven track record to close a sale
