As Marketing Coordinator, you will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and ensuring our digital marketing strategies are effective and aligned with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing our social media platforms, updating our website, creating engaging content, and coordinating with bloggers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Maintain social media platforms with high-quality images, videos, and captivating captions.
  • Create stories focusing on key areas.
  • Develop monthly social media plans.
  • Perform daily reposts and manage blogger collaboration posts.
  • Maintain an updated monthly bloggers list covering all property outlets.

Revenue Boosting Strategies:

  • Prepare monthly plans to boost revenue components.
  • Allocate and manage budgets for ads.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, targeting based on research results.

E-commerce Website Management:

  • Update and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Optimize website for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

What are we looking for?

The Marketing Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Ability to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Intermediate level of IT skills
  • Proven organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure at all times

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous Hotel or leisure sector experience
  • Previous Marketing experience in a similar environment
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management
  • Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
