A Marketing & Communications Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
At least 5 years of experience in hotel and/or resort marketing and communications, with a strong background on digital marketing and departmental administration, and has experience in leading others.
Excellent communications skills, both in verbal and written English, with experience in copywriting. A writing sample will be required.
Has an eye for aesthetics and design, and has experience in photo and video shoots and collateral management.
Is hyper-organized and efficient, a go-getter, and has experience in coordinating events and campaigns, and is able to manage their own time.
Creative, collaborative and enthusiastic with a thirst for knowledge and career advancement.
Is personable, sociable, and has experience in managing marketing events and entertaining and/or hosting media, press and other guests.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and is concerned with the development and growth of others.
Proficient in MS Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel particularly. Familiarity with design and template platforms such as or similar to Canva.
Possesses stellar presentation skills, and is comfortable managing various stakeholders.
