Marketing Associate Creative Director - Luxury
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Develop and implement creative solutions across multiple platforms, focusing on a customer-first approach.
- Manage and enhance the creative workflow, influencing team culture and operations.
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and digital/social advancements, integrating these into creative processes.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Manage a team of creatives, including Art Directors, fostering an environment of excellence.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelance partners, maintaining design standards and consistency.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Lead creative brainstorming workshops and presentations across marketing, brand, and corporate sectors.
- Ensure adherence to Hilton's brand identity and guidelines, while contributing to their evolution.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- (8) Eight years of design experience in a design firm, advertising, or in-house creative department.
- (5) Five years in managing creative or design teams.
- Design or creative experience for luxury brands
- On-set art direction experience with both photo and video components
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and experience in art directing multimedia content.
- Ability to travel 20%
It would be useful if you have:
- Familiarity with designing for diverse marketing platforms and direct response materials.
- Experience in copywriting/editing
- Experience navigating creative projects within large corporate structures.
- Interest in social and cultural trends and emerging digital technologies.
