HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead governance and support of business and system processes, including maintenance and operations of integrated systems.
  • Define root cause quality issues and guide remediation by implementing process improvements.
  • Promote collaboration with solutions and change management teams to ensure efficient, commercially focused implementation of solutions or new business processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards based on projects or requirements to evaluate governance success measures and process effectiveness.
  • Deliver data audits to ensure consistency and compliance with business governance and security standards.
  • Create training materials (slides, videos) and deliver training on important system features and business processes to partners.
  • Manage user communications such as system defects and best practice reminders.
  • Manage user administration processes such as creation, deactivation, license availability, and billing.
  • Effectively lead change by understanding the user and process impact of system enhancements and integrations.
  • Assist with enhancement user acceptance testing when required.
  • Provide day-to-day user support to resolve stakeholder issues by working with sales and support teams directly and indirectly.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with the Sales Solutions and Governance team, sales support, and sales.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members that creates a workplace culture consistent with Hilton’s values.
  • Communicate updates to others to raise awareness.
  • Resolve escalated issues promptly to support partners.
  • Educate teams on processes and collaborate on ways to improve.
  • Engage with all project team members and be able to explain the system in plain language.
  • Be a subject matter expert in above property sales business processes across all verticals and regions.
  • Display effective leadership with strong communication, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Manage the governance of major enterprise programs such as Hilton For Business and Sales Governance projects, both within Salesforce and across integrated systems.
  • Complete data quality projects and ongoing audit programs within Salesforce.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of sales process, systems, or operations experience
  • Two (2) years of hands-on experience with sales CRM software Salesforce.com
  • Hybrid work schedule two days per week based in the Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA corporate office
  • Microsoft Office (Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Knowledge of OnQ R&I (Rates & Inventory)
  • Knowledge of Delphi.fdc, MeetingBroker, or other group booking platforms
  • One (1) year of management experience
