Manager, Program Management

Join the next-generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton’s strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton’s goals. As a program manager reporting to Director of Analytics Technology, you will drive program management for the data strategy operations and analytics product teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like and how you will collaborate with others:
- Administer Atlassian Jira projects and dashboards for the Analytics Product and Business Intelligence Teams, providing support and documentation
- Develop end-to-end business and JIRA processes with the Portfolio Management Office and Enterprise Architecture to create value stream delivery, aligned with Portfolio Management Standards
- Create monthly re-alignment processes for the Analytics Product roadmap and facilitate PI Planning.
How you will collaborate with others:

Lead project management activities, including creating training materials, process documentation, and coordinating Portfolio and Program Planning with important partners.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Manage Jira portfolio to align and prioritize strategic and functional programs
- Evolve the Analytics Product Operating Model, in collaboration with analytics, business, data, and external partners to ensuring alignment with Portfolio Management and agile transformation processes.
- Lead program coverage for other strategic projects as needed
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Four (4) years of professional experience in Project and Process Management
- Two (2) years of advanced JIRA user experience including project administration, creating JQL queries, dashboards, Scrum/Kanban boards, and other type of performance reports
- Hybrid work schedule from office in McLean, VA
It would be useful if you have:

BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or technical field
