What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly gain influence from various stakeholders to capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is interested in advancing their career within the Pricing team and gaining exposure to new capabilities. Success in this role will be demonstrated through the following attributes and skills:

  • Creative: Enjoys breaking barriers and new ways of thinking. Able to navigate ambiguity as part of the process to challenge the status quo
  • Analytical: Successfully tests or measures the results of revenue management actions, providing analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Communication: Translates business requirements and needs to analytical partners while communicating technical results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Partnership: Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and manages overlapping priorities to drive forward project roadmaps
  • Problem-solving: Identifies opportunities and effectively resolves issues using creative and flexible solutions, while fostering a high level of teamwork.
  • Driven: Self-motivated with a personal dedication to succeed—facilitating the ability to stay motivated through different phases of long-term initiatives.
  • Detail-focused: Prioritizes and organizes tasks with superb attention to detail to meet deadlines and ensure quality work.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Services, Pricing, or Revenue Management
  • Travel up to 10% of the time

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, technologies, and product environments
  • Two (2) years of Hilton Revenue Management experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in connectivity/distribution
  • Tableau Desktop Certified Professional and/or MicroStrategy certifications
