Manager, FF&E Procurement (Hilton Garden Inn) – Greater China & Mongolia ( Contractor)

What are we looking for?

A Manager, FF&E Procurement (HGI) – Greater China & Mongolia serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 7 years of project procurement / supplier (design, furniture, etc) experience in hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Willing to learn new knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and relation-building skills, able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to supervise and coach junior team members.
• Able to lead other team members and provide guidance on projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of business fundamentals. 
• Ability to understand and evaluate shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
• Be able prioritize responsibilities when faced with multiple, fast paced projects.
• Knowledge on innovation and trends in the industry.
• Global supply chain and procurement management experience.
