This is your chance to join the Hilton Development team, where you’ll play a key role in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio! As the Manager of Development Mexico and reporting to the Director of Development Mexico, you will work with the team to execute strategy for the expansion of Hilton brands in Mexico. This involves securing Franchise and Management agreements with hotel developers and owners, while building relationships with clients and collaborating cross-functionally.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Develop strong relationships with owners, industry partners, and local authorities to generate leads and development opportunities. This will require fieldwork and travel.
- Evaluate business opportunities to ensure they meet our brand standards and align with our strategic property positioning.
- Champion each development opportunity from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless handover of the project to Technical Services and Operations.
- Draft and review Investment Committee Memos and Development Authority documents for projects, facilitating committee approval.
- Participate in industry conferences and stay updated on the latest market trends, risks, and opportunities through market research and industry publications.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Lead RFP responses and brand presentations/pitches to prospective owners.
- Negotiate and close individual franchise and management agreements, ensuring adherence to our corporate processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic directions for the area, directing efforts to maximize organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Engage with Legal, Feasibility, Brand, Owner Relations, and other departments to optimize and streamline the development process.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:

Champion each development opportunity from inception to completion. This includes identifying leads, evaluating business opportunities, conducting market research, leading pitches to owners, and negotiating agreements.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of work experience in Hotel Real Estate, Feasibility, or Sales.
- Knowledge of management and franchise license structures.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
- Travel up to 70%.
It would be useful if you have:
- Knowledge of Hotel branded landscape in the Latin American region.
- Proficiency with presentation software and graphic design tools, supporting the creation of compelling brand presentations and materials.
