Manager, Corporate Accounts Payable (Procure to Pay)

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Accountability for providing support, guidance, and direction within the Center of Excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business-critical partners including Hilton Supply Management, top US suppliers, and drive optimal PTP lifecycle performance as well as influence sustainable improvement across the invoice lifecycle.
• Form part of the Memphis and PTP Tower Global Leadership Team and will support the generation of strategy, and initiatives to develop and maintain Top Quartile performance.
• Ensure cross-process (Tower) interests are coordinated and integrated across the Center of Excellence and that the community of Hilton Accounting and Finance Services Team Members are supported.

Key to the success of the role will be the ability to provide leadership and direction, be an effective communicator and agent of positive change in Hilton Accounting & Finance Services. A successful candidate will possess the capacity to optimally contribute towards a strong customer-focused ethos while ensuring that a robust control environment is maintained.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of relevant accounting experience including data analysis in finance or financial service high volume, high-value transaction processing functions.
• Three (3)+ years of strong people management experience with demonstrated partner engagement skills.
• Some travel to partner with a service provider in India, Top supplier office visits, and occasional trips to the UK may be required.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with a Integrated Purchasing Systems (ie: Coupa, Ariba, BirchStreet)
• CPA and/or five (5)+ years relevant accounting experience.
• Sigma Green Belt accreditation, or Prince 2 or Agile certified preferred or willingness to attain.
