Manager, Content Marketing

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support and expand brand platform evolution across the business.
• Define content marketing opportunities for various teams.
• Facilitate development of content for different initiatives.
• Analyze and compile content initiatives performance for business teams.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Build strong relationships with our teams and agency partners.
• Manage strategies for Global Content Marketing across departments.
• Partner with teams and agencies to develop content.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Manage the brand platform strategy in new initiatives across the business.
• Lead content strategy across departments.
• Oversee the content development with departments across channels.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of work experience in Marketing or Advertising.
• Experience supporting complex, global campaigns.
• Experience developing marketing briefs and bringing content to life across multiple functions/channels
• Work a hybrid office schedule in McLean, VA (3 days per week).
• Travel up to 15%.

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience in project management and timelines.
• Experience working across teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing agency partners.
