Manager, Business Travel Sales - Extended Stay
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

What your day-to-day will be like:
- Demonstrate understanding of sales principles and protocols to increase revenue per client and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists and other valuable partners to provide total client solutions. You will be dedicated to a “One Team” commercial culture while living in the Heart of Hilton.
- Apply the best methodology in daily client data management and maintaining clients' privacy, using our CRM program and updating Salesforce daily with activity, tasks and follow up.
- Analyze industry trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses and incorporate industry and client analyses to forecast future client needs.
- Build relationships with important buyers in the extended stay, temporary housing, and project travel segments.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Clients and TMC’s – you will communicate information to influence a positive buying decision via in person or virtual meetings. There is an expectation you will travel to meet with clients for QBR’s, trade shows, and annual reviews.
- Hotels and Owners - you will ensure full understanding and active engagement while building individualized partnerships to provide unlimited value.
- Sales Support – You will lead non-selling activity to support and improve sales results.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Work in partnership with AMDOS and vertical team to build and implement sales strategies and solutions for this growing segment
- Increase value for internal and external partners while providing an overall solutions-based approach to complex needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to ensure the commercial performance of the segment
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Experience working with the Extended Stay travel segment and specifically the temporary housing, relocation, workforce lodging, and corporate project travel
- Experience in business development and sales strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Travel up to 25% of the time
It would be useful if you have:
- Multi-property sales experience
- Strong experience with the procurement cycle and requirements of extended-stay travel buyers
- Experience with MicroStrategy
