HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional business representatives appointed as the main contact.
• Capture, analyze, and document legal requirements in accordance with pre-defined standards for the Property Management System.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to ensure a full understanding of requirements and on-time delivery of localization features.
• Identify areas of risk and cross-functional dependencies from conception through delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to ensure a full understanding of requirements and an on-time delivery of localization features.

What projects you will take ownership of: 

• Localization of Hilton’s proprietary PMS (OnQ PM and PEP) for new countries.
• Ongoing maintenance of Hilton’s proprietary PMS (OnQ PM and PEP) globally in line with local legislation.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Two (2) years of work experience in Hospitality
• Solid understanding of the different functionalities within the hotel Property Management System as well as downstream systems in international countries
• Occasional travel approximately 30%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
• Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP
• International experience with other hotel Property Management Systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ, HotelKey
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-$120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
