What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Outstanding project management skills, and ability to accomplish multiple projects at a time
  • Deep understanding of hotel key performance measures and analytical skills to analyze performance
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and franchising model within the industry, including an understanding of Brand requirements
  • At ease crafting presentations with target audiences and delivering effective, creative presentations

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum Five (5) years of overall work experience in Hotel Operations or Hotel Brand Support
  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience in one of the following: General Manager, Director of Sales, or a combination of both
  • PowerPoint and Excel expertise
  • Managerial experience
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English
  • Between 30% - 40% anticipated travel

This role will be based in Mexico City

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Associate's Degree or BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid understanding of key Hilton system applications such as the Lobby, R&I, OnQ/Opera PMS, PIM, OnQ SM, amongst others (Salesforce)
  • Fluent in Portuguese
