Hotel Manager - Waldorf Astoria Orlando

As Hotel Manager, you’ll play a critical role in preserving the legacy of the Waldorf brand while driving the daily operations of the property. You’ll lead with purpose and precision to ensure an exceptional guest experience and optimal financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, and company policy compliance

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a focus on luxury service and Forbes standards

Champion team member engagement and development across all departments—coaching, scheduling, evaluating, and recognizing leadership and frontline team members

Oversee quality, operational efficiency, standards compliance, guest satisfaction, and service and financial measurements

Identify and correct gaps in performance, productivity, and efficiency

Support recruitment, interviewing, and training of top-tier hospitality talent

Actively participate in hotel-wide meetings and cross-functional initiatives
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in a Director level or Hotel Manager level role.
- 3+ years luxury experience.
- Demonstrated track record of successful team leadership and operational excellence.
- Strong ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
