Manager, Content Development
What are we looking for?
We are seeking innovators who are passionate about supporting property and above-property leaders in a dynamic industry.
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills that ensure team resources strategically influence behavior and engagement
- Excellent project management skills that lend to managing multiple projects at a time
- Time management skills, attention to detail, and strong initiative to ensure the timely and efficient completion of support requests
- Collaboration skills that allow ease in working across the organization with a high degree of diplomacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with follow-through in communicating goals and expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of professional and business ethics
- Would be advantageous to have strong content knowledge across both operational and commercial topics
To fulfill this role successfully, you will possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Two (2) years of process/project management experience
- Two (2) years experience with copywriting and presentation development (both in-person and virtual)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (including PowerPoint design skills and Microsoft Teams)
- Travel up to 25% of the time
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Hospitality related experience
- Three (3) years of process/project management experience
- Five (5) years of experience with copywriting and presentation development (both in-person and virtual)
- Two (2) years of experience creating field support-facing resources such as job aids, implementation guides, checklists, and videos
- One (1) year of performance consulting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills and Hilton Systems such as the Lobby
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Suite products including InDesign
