HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Work with teams to ensure the client’s daily needs are met while identifying viable opportunities for critical initiatives crafted to improve operational and financial performance.
- Set, maintain, and upgrade client data integrity and collection standards to lead successful selling processes across the account team.
- Model account-based trends on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, and compare data with previous years' results to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with teams, including B2B, IT, and Supply Management to provide total account solutions.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure that CRM data is used within the Salesforce and sales programs
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Define the opportunity management strategy for your accounts, identify ways to increase the quality and revenue value, and implement strategy with business vision, taking into account barriers and opportunities.
- Aggregate client account-based growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of customer relations experience
- Three (3) years in procurement/supply chain or sales roles
- Three (3) years of hospitality industry experience with a focus in customer-facing roles
- Ability to travel 25-50%
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years in procurement and sourcing roles
- Five (5) years of hospitality industry experience with a focus in customer-facing roles
