Learning & Development Manager for Conrad Dubai

What are we looking for?

A Learning & Development Manager for Conrad Dubai serving Conrad brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Have a solid leadership experience in the areas of Learning & Development.  
• Previous experience in leading the partnership process with Forbes and achieving the Five-Star rating that verifies luxury hotels and elevate the guest experience. 
• Strong knowledge of statistics and ability to analyze and process information.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work on their own or in teams.
• Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Degree in Training or Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel in UAE.
