Learning and Development Manager

What are we looking for? 

Learning and Development Manager, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: 

• University graduate with minimum 2 years of related working experience in the hotel industry. 

• Have management experience in a training supervisory or above role, in an international 5-star hotel. 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs. 

• Good communication, presentation and teaching, and project management skills.

• Knowledgeable of Learning & Development. 

• Excellent coordination and organization ability. 

• Willing to take challenges and work under pressure.
