HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your daily will be like:

  • Architect complex software systems to meet requirements.
  • Coordinate the efficiency, scalability, and stability of multiple systems.
  • Manage the technical aspects of projects, including timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the software developed.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and technical staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Communicate with partners to report progress and address concerns.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our company.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in software development with a track record of technical leadership
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and development frameworks
  • Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies
  • Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or associate’s degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Seven (7) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
