Lead, Property Technology Services - Service Delivery
What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Understanding of network technology components and terminology
- Intermediate or better familiarity with Microsoft Office/Office 365 tools such as Word & Excel
- Capable of maintaining project task schedules and following through to completion
- Ability to communicate professionally with hotels, ownerships, and internal constituents at varying levels of organization and differing abilities
- Ability to evaluate data and operational issues to prioritize tasks as needed to lessen risk and operational impact from vulnerabilities
- Ability to communicate Hilton standard technology product lifecycles and roadmap options
- Ability to understand and apply Technology Standards documentation to context-dependent inquiries
- Understanding of global cultures and flexibility to work across global time-zones
- Solid grasp of hotel operations
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- Experience with project management, supply chain management, or the hospitality industry
- Experience with Microsoft Windows client operating systems
- Requires travel from time to time, including international travel (up to 20%)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
- One (1) + years of professional experience in Hospitality or a related field
- Experience with Software Automation Tools
- Technology troubleshooting or Support experience
