Lead Infrastructure Platform Engineer, O365
What are we looking for?

- Platforms: Microsoft Windows, Android for Enterprise, Messaging Systems, Mobile Device Management, Telephony/Conferencing, Azure Public Cloud, Load Balancing Skills
- Data Analysis, Problem Analysis, Project Management, Agile, Waterfall
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional work experience within Technology or related field
- Five (5) years of System Engineering, Administration and Operation experience
- Three (3) years developing automation code with accurate error handling, logging and alerting using Powershell and/or .NET
- Direct experience managing, coordinating or configuring an enterprise messaging platform
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Three (3) + years of Systems Engineering experience with any of the following: Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Cisco IronPort, Microsoft ActiveSync, Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Windows, AirWatch or Microsoft SQL Server
- Two (2) + years of messaging experience in instant messaging, voice, teamwork engineering or operations
- Two (2) + years working with Linux and Oracle databases, developing code using C#, Java and/or other common programming languages used with Microsoft platforms
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE: Messaging, MCSE: Communications, MCSM, RHCSA, RHCE, EMCSA, ODACA, and/or ODACP
