Lead Delivery Manager
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Run the delivery function for 1-2 agile teams and maintain the delivery roadmap together with the Data Architect and Solution Architect.
- Lead key agile team ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinement, iteration review, retrospectives, and planning across multiple iterations.
- Manage the technology delivery function responsible for planning and implementing multiple strategic projects.
- Build and maintain delivery plans and release schedules in partnership with technology leads, architects, and development teams.
- Cultivate and improve current processes and tools; identifying, designing, communicating, and implementing new processes.
- Work with multiple enterprise processes (waterfall, Agile, governance process, etc.)
- Build a deep understanding of Hilton brands, current projects, and upcoming initiatives.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Engage agile team members to define and deliver high-quality data solutions which meet customer need.
- Pull together the necessary project leads and guide them through the planning and delivery of initiatives.
- Manage dependencies and remove impediments by engaging the right partners at the right time.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements in coordination with peers and the Principal Agile Program Lead.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Work with multiple domain architects and delivery leads to manage timelines and ensure successful and on-time delivery.
- Key projects include Customer Profile, Customer Data Management, and Universal Customer ID.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Three (3) years of work experience in program management
- Two (2) years JIRA experience
- Must hold Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Ability to travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7)+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
- Deep understanding and experience in technology delivery using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), waterfall, and/or PMP methodologies
- Experience working in a data-centric organization

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
