Lead Data Management
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead data analysis tasks to include, data profiling, source-to-target mapping and development of Data Quality rules for ingestion and enhancement of data assets
- Lead functional testing activities during the data development lifecycle to ensure data assets meet business needs and are ready for deployment.
- Support ongoing maintenance of data assets by performing in-depth analysis and determining root causes of incidents
How you will collaborate with others:
- Communicate with data users across the enterprise providing education, research support, and guidance on the proper usage of enterprise data
- Collaborate with Engineering, Modeling, and Architecture teams within EAD on the delivery of our data products
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Be the subject matter expert on our customer data and other enterprise data assets·
- Develop and maintain documentation on data assets to include, detailed requirements, defining and maintaining metadata and overview summaries of data assets across domains in a logically structured and easily understandable format
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Four (4) years of functional experience working with large complex datasets in enterprise environments
- Four (4) years of experience using SQL for complex queries
- Four (4) years of experience in data analysis using common data analysis techniques
- Direct experience completing analysis and deriving insights from data for business and analytics use.
- Direct experience working across enterprise data environments, facilitating business requirements gathering sessions
- Experience analyzing patterns, anomalies, and trends
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in Hospitality
- Experience with Talend Data Profiling Tools
