LAUNCH - Early Career Development Program - Technology
What are we looking for?

The interview process will consist of a digital interview, a Case Study, and a series of virtual face-to-face interviews.
Basic Qualifications:
- A rising senior, recent graduate, or have 3 years of work experience
- Willing to relocate within commutable distance to the McLean corporate office for two ten-month rotations
- Willing to temporarily relocate to a designated location for a four-month on-property immersion
- Willing to commit to a 2-year program starting in July 2024
- Can work in the US without employment sponsorship
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship with Hilton or in the hospitality industry
- Prior internship experience or one (1) year of professional experience
- Involvement in extracurricular activity through student organization, work, or the community
- Knowledge of programming languages and syntax
- Experience in requirements analysis in addition to solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Willing to temporarily relocate internationally for a four-month on-property immersion
