Are you passionate about creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments? Canopy by Hilton Seychelles is looking for a dedicated Landscaping Supervisor to join our vibrant team and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience through beautiful, well-kept grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily landscaping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards
Lead and motivate the landscaping team, providing guidance and training as needed
Coordinate with other departments to align landscaping efforts with overall property aesthetics and guest needs
Manage irrigation systems, plant health, pest control, and seasonal planting schedules
Monitor and control landscaping supplies and equipment inventory
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping supervision or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and pest management best practices
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
