Kids Club Supervisor
What are we looking for?
A Kids Club Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Management experience within the leisure sector
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming standards
- Willingness to develop team members and self
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Ability to meet financial targets.
- Knowledge of child development
- First aid certificate
- Experience and ability to deal with challenging behaviors
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5-star hotel
- Passion for customer service
- Understanding of a children's environment
- A certificate in childcare and/or education or equivalent will be an advantage.
