A Kids Club Attendant serving Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
Experience
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) of working in a similar role in a luxury setting
- Proven experience of working to and understanding key functions of Recreation & Kids Club activities and programs
Competencies
- Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant Experience is an advantage
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English and Russian to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and is with a “can do” attitude and thrives on a challenge
- Ability to work under pressure at all times
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate working and engaging teams from different cultures
- Hotel / Resort experience
- Proficient level of verbal English
- Friendly and outgoing
