Kids Club Attendant
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children, delivering memorable experiences through age-appropriate activities while ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and service. The role contributes to an exceptional family-friendly guest experience aligned with Canopy by Hilton and Hilton brand standards.
What will I be doing?
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Guest & Child Experience
Welcome children and parents warmly and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere
Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being
Engage children in creative, educational, and recreational activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor play
Encourage positive behavior, social interaction, and participation
Activity Planning & Delivery
Assist in planning and delivering daily activity programs according to Kids Club schedules
Adapt activities to suit different age groups and abilities
Support special events, theme days, and birthday celebrations
Safety & Compliance
Follow child safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic Kids Club area
Report accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately
Ensure children are signed in and out according to procedures
Communication & Administration
Communicate effectively with parents regarding schedules, activities, and any concerns
Maintain accurate attendance and activity records
Work closely with other Kids Club Attendants and resort departments
Teamwork & Brand Standards
Uphold Hilton values and service standards
Represent the resort professionally at all times
Required Skills & Competencies
Passion for working with children
Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and responsible under pressure
Previous experience in childcare, education, or hospitality preferred
First Aid / Childcare certification is an advantage
