- Previous experience as Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef De Partie - Main Kitchen experience
- Passion for producing high quality food and knowledge of current food trends
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Ability multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory skills
- A creative approach to the production of food
- Positive attitude
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
