**What will I be doing?**

As a Head of Telephones, you will oversee all activities related to telephone management within the hotel, including handling guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and promoting in-house services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  •  Supervise telephone operations during your assigned shift, maintaining consistently high standards.
  • Ensure your team is knowledgeable about the hotel’s products, services, rates, and special promotions, as well as daily VIP guests and special events.
  •  Inform your team about any special events or VIP guests in the hotel that day.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
  • Maximize sales revenues through upselling and marketing programs.
  •  Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and thoroughly.
  •  Maintain a professional appearance in the telephone area, with a focus on hospitality and guest service.

**What are we looking for?**

A Head of Telephones serving Hilton brands is dedicated to representing our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To excel in this role, you should embody the following attitude, behaviors, skills, and values:

- Experience with PBX systems in the hotel, leisure, or retail sectors.
- Strong commercial and business awareness, with proven sales capabilities.
- Calm and organized work ethic, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

Additionally, it would be advantageous for you to have:

- A relevant supervisory or management certification, diploma, or degree.
